Q: Do I have to be advanced or super fit to join?

A: Our retreats are designed to cater to any level of experience with movement, yoga and pilates. It is important to inform us about any injuries or medical conditions. Other than that, we always offer beginner-friendly options and modifications, so you are perfectly good to go.

Q: Which type of movement do you offer?

A: On our retreats we offer pilates, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra. Depending on the retreat, we might also offer Barre.

Q: What are your classes like?

A: Dynamic, functional, fun and explorative. They are all open-level with options for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Q: Can I join by myself?

A: Definitely, you will quickly get to know new people as our retreats are in intimate groups of 8 - 12 people. We will talk to you about your lodging preference and if you choose to stay in a double shared room, we will match you with another participant of the same gender.

Q: How big is the group?

A: We will be a group of maximum 12 people.


Q: If my partner wants to join but just wants to hang out, can they come, too?

A: This might be an option, but make sure to check in with us regarding available spots.

Q: Can I come earlier or stay a bit longer?

A: Please contact us via email and we see what we can do :)

Q: What does the food look like?

A: We offer high-quality healthy and extremely yummy food prepared by our functional nutritionist. You can expect beautifully arranged brunches and dinners full of flavour, also catering to vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free options.


Q: Shall I bring my own yoga mat?

A: It is highly recommended to bring your own mat. If you do not have one, please inform us and we will organise one for you.

Q: Is transport from the airport to the villa included in the price?

A: Generally it is not, but we can help arrange affordable transportation.
